"Circles Around The Sun Pre-Order Contest" 2012 Official Rules

1. The DISPATCH "Circles Around The Sun Pre-Order Contest" (the "Contest") begins 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on June 5, 2012 and ends at 10:59:59 a.m. EST on August 13, 2012. There will be 10 prizes awarded as follows:

Prize 1 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and June 11, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on June 12, 2012.

Prize 2 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and June 18, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on June 19, 2012.

Prize 3 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and June 25, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on June 26, 2012.

Prize 4 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and July 2, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on July 3, 2012.

Prize 5 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and July 9, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on July 10, 2012.

Prize 6 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and July 16, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on July 17, 2012.

Prize 7 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and July 23, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on July 24, 2012.

Prize 8 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and July 30, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on July 31, 2012.

Prize 9 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and August 6, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on August 7, 2012.

Prize 10 (defined below) Any person who pre-orders the album between June 5, 2012 and August 13, 2012 will be eligible to receive this prize and one potential winner will be selected at random on August 14, 2012.

2. Eligibility: Any person who is selected as a winner of any of the prizes is no longer eligible to be selected for future prizes. Certain prizes are location specific (see descriptions below). If any potential winner cannot provide for their own transportation to receive their prize then that potential winner is not eligible.

3. Entry: Anyone that pre-orders a "Circles Around The Sun" package through the DISPATCH Store will be entered automatically. This excludes digital pre-orders through iTunes.

4. Winner Selection: On the dates indicated in paragraph 1, one prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the relevant time period. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable time period. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor who shall be the judge of the Contest and whose decisions on all matters related to these Official Rules shall be final and binding.

5. Prize Definitions:

Prize 1 is "Roadie For A Day". The winner will pick one date of the DISPATCH fall 2012 tour. The winner will receive free entry to the show with backstage access to serve as Brad Corrigan's assistant drum technician.

Prize 2 is the "Ultimate Merch Package". The winner will receive a package including one of every piece of DISPATCH merch currently available. This includes soft goods such as t-shirts and hard goods such as CD's and vinyl.

Prize 3 is a FujiFilm Instax Mini 7S (white) camera with some unused film, and some film containing photographs taken by members of DISPATCH on tour.

Prize 4 is an instrument signed by all three members of DISPATCH that was used in the recording of their album "Circles Around The Sun".

Prize 5 is a set of 10 custom postcards designed using Pete Francis' own photographs. The postcard set will include custom DISPATCH postage stamps as well.

Prize 6 is three custom "bobblehead" figures made in the likeness of the members of DISPATCH as seen in their "Not Messin'" music video.

Prize 7 is a size 8 skateboard deck with a custom DISPATCH graphic. This deck does not include any hardware, trucks or wheels.

Prize 8 is "Chia Chad". The winner will receive one custom hand made "Chia" style sculpture made in the likeness of Chad Urmston. This "Chia Chad" does not include any Chia seeds.

Prize 9 is "3 on 3 Basketball". The winner will receive three custom basketball jerseys with a DISPATCH design and logo. The winner will also pick one date and city on the DISPATCH fall 2012 tour. In that city, before the show, the winner and two friends of his choosing will play a game of basketball with the three members of DISPATCH.

Prize 10 is the "Ultimate Guest List Pass". The winner (plus a friend) has the option to be placed on the guest list of any or all DISPATCH shows on the fall 2012 tour to receive free entry to those shows. Any festival dates are not included in this prize.

No substitutions or transfers are permitted, except by Sponsor. Any and all travel expenses or other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the Prize recipient. In the unlikely event that any portion of the Prize is delayed, cancelled or not deliverable for any reason, the winner agrees that Sponsor has no further obligations to the winners other than delivery of the remainder of the Prize.

6. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified either by email or telephone. Each such potential winner will be required to respond to such notification within 3 days by following the instructions provided by Sponsor. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner does not reply to the notification within 3 days of its issuance, is ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the Applicable Period.

By entering, Entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules (ii) that the decision of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest; (iii) to be contacted by Sponsor by email or telephone; and (iv) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages (including death) sustained in connection with use and/or misuse of a prize or related to participation in the Contest.

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, voice, picture or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any media as determined by Sponsor without further approval or compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

We are thankful to have made our first new album together in over a decade. It's called Circles Around The Sun, and we can't wait for all of you to hear it. From the early days to the present we (still) feel so grateful that our music has been able to reach all of you. Circles Around The Sun is now at iTunes for pre-order for those in the US and Canada for less than $7 for a limited time. We also have some limited merch bundles up in our web store for pre-order, with one package including a hard-cover vinyl that we are really excited about. There will also be a weekly drawing where we are giving away some one-of-a-kind Dispatch items, which we hope you'll like.

Dating back to the Napster days, our fans - you - have shown us that you could do more for us than the industry ever could and we thank you for believing in our music.

Most of you know that as Dispatch, we have always tried to use music to affect change on our soil and abroad. The world we live in is not without trouble and we have made it our goal to continue to raise awareness. First and foremost, we believe that keeping kids in school and educating our youth will help solve many of these problems. We believe every child, regardless of the color of their skin, their set of values and beliefs or the zip code from which they come, deserves a great education.

In an effort to continue using music as a vehicle for change, we will be giving $1.00 per initial pre-order to Amplifying Education. Each dollar raised will support educational initiatives in local communities. An additional $1.00 from all tickets sold for our upcoming Circles Around The Sun Tour will also be donated to Amplifying Education.

Together we raised over $250,000 for our Amplifying Education initiative in 2011. Hopefully you can join us with our efforts in 2012. Please help us spread the word.
